A lot has been going on in my life. I've been absent from a lot of things in my life as a result, including and especially all of my art. That fact is probably the worst of the lot, as art would have helped me through it so much better.

I am, unfortunately, having new technical issues with my scanner. I can't get either Windoze or Linux to recognize it, but I'm working on the problem. In the meantime, I'm thinking of working on projects other than drawing, such as poetry and fiction (writing is my first art, after all) as well as digital manipulations.

In the meantime, my financial situation has improved mightily, so I might have money for a camera, soon. Frankly, though, I'd also like to take classes in photography. Any idiot can point and shoot, after all. I'd like to make real art.

In the meantime, lots is going on in my life, now and I feel happier and healthier than I have in forever and a day.
